This 3,000 sq.ft. luxurious N. Scottsdale contemporary home is built in the most sought-after territorial style.  Located within the Pinnacle Foothills area  and surrounded by breathtaking scenery and mountains, but convenient to everything Scottsdale and the region has to offer.  This area of the high Sonoran Desert plays host to some of the most desired, premium golf courses such as Troon North, The Golf Club at Scottsdale, Estancia Golf Club and Desert Highlands.  We provide you with the ultimate in privacy with an acre of desert, boulders, cacti and beautiful native landscaping.  The pool area does not face neighbors as is the case with the majority of other Scottsdale rentals.  

Although the location is private, we are just 2 minutes from a variety of restaurants and cafes, pharmacy and gas station, and grocery stores and other conveniences are within 15 minutes of the house. 

For the outdoorsman and for fitness, there are bike trails through the desert, climbing on Pinnacle Peak (located just 2 minutes away in Pinnacle Park), fitness clubs which are open to the public.  Scenic jeep tours are offered in the area, and there are also horse back riding stables located nearby for your enjoyment.

For sightseeing, Cave Creek is a fantastic old western town just about 15 minutes from the house and they have some of the finest boutique shops and fun restaurants around.  The Town of Carefree, Four Seasons Resort and the Boulders are also minutes away.

Shoppers can either choose the boutique shops located just a few minutes south on Pima, or browse El Pedigrel Indoor/Outdoor Mall adjacent to the Boulders.  If you want to go to downtown Scottsdale for entertainment or restaurants, you have an easy ride to wherever you want to go.  Take Carefree Road over to 17 and then a nice drive through the mountains north to Sedona for a day trip.

The house is resplendent with 3 private bedrooms, each basically on their own wings.  Each has a large private bathroom with huge U-shaped walk-in shower. The master suite has a king bed, dressers, sitting areas and television and the other bedrooms are furnished with queen furnishings and with televisions as well.  Each bedroom has its own access to the outside, each  a sliding patio door.  The western  patio is the largest entertaining patio equipped with a beautiful heated pool that gets all the afternoon sun, a built-in gas grill, table/chairs, chaise lounges, and Bose surround sound music.  After a long day visiting all your favorite attractions, there is nothing better than a swim in the pool in the evening to relax you. There is no land line at this home.

The kitchen contains the finest stainless steel appliances, 6 burner stove, huge refrigerator for all your vacation beverages and food, separate ice maker, granite counter tops.   There are three eating areas - the kitchen, dining room and of course out on the patio for your enjoyment.

Horseback riding is so close and great way to see the desert.  Neat cafes and restaurants abound in Carefree, the Good Egg just 7 min away for breakfast, and the best filet mignon you will ever eat is at Pinnacle Peak Patio.   Good country music, dancing and casual atmosphere on weeks outside at Greasewood Flats.

Winter months book up almost 6 months or more in advance.  May, October and November have some of the most-wanted weather and the rates are fantastic.  The summer months present a really inexpensive opportunity to bring your family to Scottsdale to enjoy all the festivals and things to do in the area.

Some local attractions, other than as described above, are West World (only about 15 minutes away) where you can see some of the best Arabian Horse shows around and the yearly Barrett-Jackson auction.  There are dozens of golf courses around and if have an Iphone can download My Golf Caddy and AZ Golf Guide to give you the complete information you need for golfing in the area. Further south on 101, all of the spring training camps invite you to join them for great sports entertainment watching your favorite players.

Book ahead for special events such as the TPC, spring training, Barrett-Jackson auction and horse shows.
