This second floor has gorgeous master suite with walk in closet and soaker tub and walk in shower in its bathroom. Sky lit great room with gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining room. Guest bathroom, laundry room and office/bedroom complete this floor.
Hardwood floors throughout. Garden beds and greenhouse in the back yard... all within a block of the Dallas Rd. ocean walkway, and walking distance to Cook St. Village shopping and downtown. Completely furnished and equipped.
Bicycles available. One month minimum. Available Jan. 25, 2013-April 30, 2013 with the possibility of extension. Pet OK. No smoking. This is one of the most desirable areas of Victoria, BC. $1800/mo. and $100 cleaning fee. References required. Willing to exchange for New Zealand, Arizona, Hawaii or other warm winter accommodation.
