'Four Winds' direct waterfront, private beach, Pleasant Bay in Chatham

Quintessential old Cape Cod WATERFRONT house scenically overlooking Pleasant Bay, in a private area of north Chatham.  This historic house faces Pleasant Bay, where the waters are temperate and sheltered for swimming, boating, or fishing.   The house is situated on a small bluff above a beautiful tidal estuary offering great swimming, boating, and shellfishing, as well as spectacular views. Much of the house faces the open ocean, and visitors will be treated to beautiful ocean sunrises!

Private Beach, easy water access, very private.

Four Winds features a fireplaced living room, full simple kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher.  5 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 1 w/2 twins, 2 w/single twins), washer and dryer.  One full bath, and 2 half baths, as well as private hot outdoor shower (a Cape Cod tradition). CABLE TV, VCR, wireless internet (available on request), and telephone.  With the house comes the use of lawn furniture, briquette grill, and beach chairs.

Cape Cod activities abound in historic north Chatham, from shopping, to world class fly stripe bass fishing in front of the house.  Nearby are Chatham Bars Inn, public golf course, Ridgevale Beach and Bucks Creek, which have been featured on ESPN for their fine bass fishing.

Popular activities in the local area include sailing, fishing, clamming, exploring Strong Island (located directly across the bay from the house), exploring the National Seashore, Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge.  Less than 5 minutes from the house is the beautiful village of Chatham which offers shopping, theater, Friday night band concerts, and fine restaurants.

Summer high season rates are $4800 per week.  In the event of an open week, we will consider last minute offers of a lower price - negotiations are always welcome.  Low season and last minute rates as low as $2000 per week - please ask!
