The resort is a pristine gated community with a beautifully decorated 3,700 sq ft. clubhouse, state of the art fitness center, sauna, game room, full service kitchen and social room.  The amenity center also hosts a covered spa, large sparkling pool & sun deck…all of which overlook a pond with lighted fountain.   Each luxurious unit includes a complete state of the art appliance package (full size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, glass top range & dishwasher).  There are numerous upgrades including granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, raised panel cherry cabinets, luxurious ceramic tile and lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and water views.  Each home has a covered porch to relax outdoors after a busy day at the Parks.
