This limited availability South Beach floor plan is located on the 14th floor at the center of the building. The unit offers direct panoramic beach views from one of the largest balconies measuring over 450 square feet (32’ x 17’). The large balcony is a great place to get away from the mid-day sun while still being outdoors, lounging, enjoying lunch or dinner with all the comforts of home. An additional 1,678 square feet provide for 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths accommodating up to 8 people.
The kitchen is trimmed with granite, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all cookware, plates, and utensils. Other amenities include washer/dryer, TVs, cable, TIVO, DVD player and high speed wireless internet. Bedding accommodations include two kings and two sets of bunk beds (4 twin mattresses). All linens and towels are provided including beach towels.

The Strand Historical District, Galveston's downtown was known in the 19th century as the Wall Street of the Southwest. Today the Strand boasts one of the biggest collections of historic buildings in the United States featuring great shopping and food, a favorite destination of tourists from all over the world. Adding to the charm of the Victorian and early 20th century buildings are streetcars, horse-drawn carriages and a series of unique arches.
Schlitterbahn offers a huge array of awesome aquatic adventures, Schlitterbahn Galveston Island offers over 32 amazing rides and attractions, including a large wave pool, uphill water coasters, thrilling speed slides, kid's water playgrounds, whitewater rapids, relaxing hot tubs, family raft rides, the Boogie Bahn surf ride and the exclusive Transportainment river system. Relax in steaming warm waters and enjoy summer fun all year long at Texas’ first and only heated, indoor waterpark. (Both the air and water are always in the 80s!) The Wasserfest Heated Indoor Season, October through mid-April, features more than a dozen heated attractions in a tropical, heated indoor oasis.
Galveston Island Ferry, located on Hwy 87 (Ferry Road), continues to be one of Galveston's most popular attractions. Riders can park and ride the ferry or drive their vehicle aboard the ferry. Ferries run approximately every fifteen to twenty minutes and are free.
For the truly adventurous, Galveston is the cruise gateway to the Caribbean. In 2010 sample destinations include: Cozumel, Progreso, Roatan, Costa Maya, Grand Cayman, Montego Bay, Nassau, Freeport, Key West, and Belize City. Also, less than thirty minutes away is the Houston Space Center with a great kids exhibit and the kehma boardwalk featuring great amusement park and excellent dining.
