Clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, and a great sunset view
from the 18th floor.   This unit overlooks the pool and the Gulf of Mexico.  We have owned the unit since 1990 and never tire of spending time on Marco.

Newly remodeled kitchen and new carpeting.   There is an exercise room on the 1st floor and washers and dryers on each floor. Internet is available in the lobby. This unit has everything you may need.  All the linens, towels, utensils etc. are available in the unit.

On the island there is plenty of shopping, excellent restraunts,
movie theater, golf, water sports, bike and scooter rentals,
shelling, and a scenic drive to see all the island style homes.
Everglade City, 30 minutes away, provides airboat rides and tour of
the everglades. Naples, 20 minutes, offers some of the most
exclusive shopping in the country, as well as many fine restraunts.
Fort Myers is about 50 minutes and has all the amenities of any other
large city including outmalls and fles markets.
