South Seas Northwest, Tower 3 Sunset View in Marco Island

Clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, and a great sunset view
from the 18th floor. We have owned our unit since 1990 and never
tire of spending time on Marco Island.

Central air, 2 cable tv's, covered parking, phone, exercise room,
swimming pool with chickee huts if you need to get out of the sun,
washers and dryers are located on the same floor, and the pristine
white sandy beach.

On the island there is plenty of shopping, excellent restraunts,
movie theater, golf, water sports, bike and scooter rentals,
shelling, and a scenic drive to see all the island style homes.
Everglade City, 30 minutes away, provides airboat rides and tour of
the everglades. Naples, 20 minutes, offers some of the most
exclusive shopping in the country, as well as many fine restraunts.
Fort Myers is about 50 minutes and has all the amenities of any other
large city including outmalls and fles markets.

02-01-10 till 05-01-10 $1500 week, monthly rates will be provided
upon request at a discounted rate. A $200 security deposit is
required to confirm your reservation.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
