Our cabin is nestled in 10-acres of wooded bliss, that include a private beach area with kayak rentals available for your use. Here, you can leave your worries at home and enjoy a cozy cabin, in a secluded oasis and have a romantic getaway or a vacation with family and friends.

cottage rental amenities

Our cottage has 2 bedrooms with full-size beds (linens provided), a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave; bath with shower; living room with satellite TV,DVD player, wireless and a woodstove for nighttime snuggling!

We have a sloping gravel driveway and all-wheel drive is suggested.  We are well off the road and have plenty of parking and privacy.

Please note we also offer on-site kayak rentals and have additional cabins available.

Our family had such a good time here! We rented two cabins and had the whole place to ourselves. My kids used the firepit every night and my husband and I spent most evenings, down by the water with a bottle of wine. We will absolutely be back next year.

Quiet restful getaway

We like peace and quiet, and this provided them. Only one neighbor, lots of lovely woods between us and the road. Very comfortable cottage--perfect for two, although it could sleep four people smaller than we are! We found lots of great cycling (and yes, we are over 55!)
One of us is a swimmer, and She found the swimming less than perfect. No dock to jump off, so water shoes are essential. In August, lots of weeds and algae. That may be an east-side-of-lake thing; our other cabins have been on the west side. Also fairly unprotected, so the water was often choppy. Couple dozen steps to the lake--another good workout!
Net connections inside the cabin don't work: outside they do. That means He could not remain glued to his computer--a very good thing!
Writing this sitting at a table overlooking the lake, watching the Saturday boats and wishing we had another week's vacation!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, sight seeing

Owners response: Thank you for your feedback! We are so happy you like the place as much as we do. Stay tuned for next year, the dock will be back (we had some bad weather this past spring)!!

We did not know there was an issue with the Internet connection in your cabin and appreciate you letting us know, so we can fix it. Weeds/Algae are common on Seneca Lake, but you can avoid them, once you get about 30 feet off of the shoreline.

Perfect Location!

My family and I stayed here for about a week and loved it. The sunset view is beautiful and this place is so quiet, we could not have asked for a better place for our family.

Recommended for: families with teenagers, pet-friendly
