A beautiful beachfront vacation house, with spacious and comfortable
areas for an unforgettable staying. Ideal to stay away from the big
tourist crowds in a real Mexican atmosphere with a fresh breeze.
This new, modern, beachfront house is situated on its own white,
sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a beautiful sunset
view while enjoy the swimming pool area.
Downstairs you will can find the "social area" with beach view: living
room, dinning room, small bar, visitors bathroom and full chef's
kitchen, that communicates to the beach front covered terrace, and
to the swimming pool and it's solarium with pool chairs; there are
also 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, one of them with it's
private covered terrace viewing to the pool and the sea.
Upstairs you will find two more spacious bedrooms with their full
bathrooms with a terrace with wonderful views of the ocean.
This beautiful house is located in an exclusive area 3 miles close to the
small fishermen village of Chicxulub, where you can find all the
services. A 3 minute walks from the property, public transport drive
by every 20 minutes in direction of Chicxulub, Progreso, Merida and
Telchac. However having a car will be more comfortable.
Also there are beautiful formations of coral reefs where you can
snorkel near the house.

Besides enjoy swimming in the pool and the sea, snorkeling, taking
walks or sea shelling in the beach, playing in the white sand,
watching splendorous sunsets or just taking a nap in your hammock and reading a book
earring the sound of the ocean, you can also take small tours to
beautiful near places.
The Village of Chicxulub has a lot to offer you like small but
delicious restaurants, telephone, internet, public fresh sea food,
vegetables and meals open-air market, small super markets, laundry,
drugstores, church, video store, jet ski rentals, and other water
sports options. You can also contract the services of fishermen to
take you fishing leaving and arriving from your house.
10 minutes from Chicxulub, you will find the small city of Progreso,
where there is an extensive pier where you can find several
restaurants that serve drinks(and/or food), or you can taste the
delicious coconut's water at the palapas situated on the beach; you
can also buy handcrafts or buy at the North American's style
supermarkets for those that don't want to purchase their food at the
Mexican open-air market in Chicxulub.
You can also visit the Mayan Ruins and the beautiful colonial City
of Merida, that is just 20 minutes away from Progreso.
For those who likes sports there is a 18 hole golf court in the
area, tennis yards and more.
The airport you should fly is Merida (MID)that is about 45 minutes
away or Cancun (CUN) 4 hours away.
