Located on 41st Street, oceanside, 50 paces to the sand dunes, this unit has a large living area with a queen-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, plenty of dressers, color TV with VCR/DVD, Cable & WIFI, dining area; fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, blender, coffee pot, toaster;  washer/dryer; full bath with wall-mounted hair dryer and lots of storage; COMPLEMENTARY use of large, locked storage unit housing beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, stroller, pac-n-play -- can hold bikes as well.  WE SUPPLY paper products, laundry and dish detergents, and some toiletries.  COMPLEMENTARY use of sheets & towels -- no extra linen package charges.  There is an outside shower and private parking.  This is a family-friendly unit, however NO PETS and NO SMOKING!  YOU MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT ONE OF MY CONDOS -- NO EXCEPTIONS.
