vacation rental description
My home is NOT located anywhere near the area of the Waldo Canyon fire. It is located in the NE corner of Colorado Springs, it is the perfect "base camp" to explore Colorado. It is located near Chapel Hills Mall; grocery shopping and medical facilities are only several miles away. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the backyard has the perfect swing to relax in the evening and watch the beautiful sunset behind the mountains of the Front Range. Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the house.
house rental amenities
My home is tastefully decorated in contemporary Southwestern style. High speed internet access is included, with cable TV with basic channel selection. A DVD player and all the usual kitchen appliances are included. Linens are included and there is a small gas BBQ on the backyard patio. Although air conditioning is rarely needed since the Colorado evenings are cool, there is an operable, free-standing air conditioning unit. My home sleeps 4 comfortably in beds. Any extra folks can use the sectional couch or sleeping bags on the floor.
