A wonderfully open, bright beach house on a sand dune, beautifully decorated with a sailboat and beach theme and very comfortable for family gatherings. The panoramic view of Lake Michigan, brilliant sunsets and the quiet woods from the wrap around deck are spectacular. The setting is peaceful from the 130' private sugar sand beach up to the quiet valley of the woods.
The house with its many windows for natural light, has an open design with a modern fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. There are 4 bedrooms with a king in the master bedroom, queen in a guest room, 2 twins in a guest room, a queen sofa bed in the downstairs bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the open room. Laundry room with washesr/dryer next to the game room and open great room. Three bathrooms with a Jacuzzi in the Master bathroom.
The large deck has many sets of tables, a swing, picnic table , gas grill and lounge chairs to enjoy outdoor eating, visiting and relaxing while watching the sailboats, jet skiers, kayaks, fishing boats, and glorious sunsets. It is only 3 miles of beach walking south to the charming, quaint, historic village of Pentwater.
THE BEACH HOUSE IS AVAILABLE SEPT. 3rd ON UNTIL NOVEMBER. WILL RESERVE FOR WEEKENDS AS WELL AS BY THE WEEK AFTER SEPT.3rd.

Minimum 2 nights rental before Memorial Day and after Labor Day
*Cleaning fee of $65 is added to the rental rate

The rates for the repeat renters of 2012 will remain the same for the summer of 2013.
