Take a look at the map on this page- the big area without roads across the street is PC Mountain! Within steps of the home you're at the main 6 person high speed lift, the ski school, ski rentals, shops, restaurants, bars, an ice skating rink and more!
During Sundance, you'll be a block away from one of the main screening venues. Main Street is just a short walk up the road, too!
This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has every amenity your family and friends need. Enjoy views of Old Town from the privacy of the hot tub… not one neighbor will be able to see you from its perch off the master bedroom. Or step inside and enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath.
The remodeled, sunny kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and every accessory a chef needs. There is also a gas grill and outside seating on the deck off the living room. The layout of this home couldn’t be more comfortable and family friendly.
Additionally, there is a full kitchenette in the downstairs bedroom with king size bed and its own bath- perfect for a nanny or mother-in-law. The kids can play in the bedroom down the hall with a full size bunk bed (which easily can fit two adults) in addition to a twin with a trundle.
Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and you can enjoy the Ipod docking speaker on the main floor after a day of skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer!
There is also parking for two cars... a one car garage, plus a heated driveway. No shoveling snow or searching for parking.
Additionally, concierge services are available for a small added fee. If you want the fridge stocked before you arrive, just send us your grocery list!
