It’s proximity to the Marina Park, Ocean, Harbor, and Old Town make it ideal for a family vacation or romantic getaway. It's also just 30 minutes from Santa Barbara or 1 hour from wine tasting in Santa Ynez! The home is newly remodeled. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath(shower and bath), a dining room, living room, and new kitchen. The home boasts tastefully appointed furniture. It's perfect for families or for a romantic getaway. The home comes with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a triple bunk bed. It sleeps 5 in beds plus one on couch if needed but can accomodate up to 8 people if you would like to bring additional sleeping bags. The dining rooms seats 6. There is a washer and dryer in the home and the bathroom has both a shower and tub combination. There is a computer available for use as well as internet access. You can also enjoy use of a WII play system. The entertainment system includes a DVD player and stereo system. A microwave, stove, and kitchen utensils are also available. 3 parking spots come with the home.

The home is located just 8 houses from the water, only a 5 minute walk to the Marina Park (ideal for little ones as it even has a zip line pirate ship), only a 10 minute walk to the local walking and biking path at the State Beach, 5 minutes by car to the Harbor restaurants and shops, and only 8 minutes by car to Old town Ventura. It is also just a 30 minute drive to Santa Barbara and a 1 hour drive to Santa Ynez Wine Country. Farm region in the local area is also an easy access for pumpkin patches or fresh locally grown produce.
