Oceanview Beach House La Selva/Manressa in Santa Cruz

Fabulous views both north toward Santa Cruz and south toward
Monterey Bay from our beach home. We are 2 blocks from the beach.
Walk along a paved, beautifully landscaped path to get to the very
quiet, large sandy beach where you can walk for miles in either
direction! Unobstructed sunset views from the decks!
We are located 5 minutes from Seascape Resort which has
public tennis courts, restaurants, shopping, gourmet grocery and
more! This is a perfectly peaceful place and great space for
relaxing.

Our home is furnished with 2 CAL King bedrooms, and the third
bedroom has 2 twin beds. We have brand new furniture in every room.
Our beds are pillowtop and very comfortable! The home is fully
equipped with 2 DVD players, VCR, 2 TV's, wireless DSL access, gas
fireplace in the master bedroom, beautiful hardwood floors upstairs,
limestone floors downstairs, gourmet kitchen with gas cooktop. Great
views from many rooms including the two master bedrooms. Two large
decks, one with table and chairs for outdoor dining, the other has
the Weber gas grill. Dining table seats 8 comfortably. Sit on the
back deck and enjoy the awesome sunset views and at night see the
fireworks from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

Sandy Beach is 2 blocks walk. Certain seasons lifeguard is on duty.
Shopping in downtown Capitola, Soquel, and of course the famous
Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk are all no more than 20 minutes away.
Local restaurants and gourmet market at Seascape Resort only a few
miles away. We have lots of beach toys accessible to guests, air
hockey and pool table for added fun! Monterey is only 30 minutes
away with the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium. Great bike riding in the Corralitos Valley. There are beautiful roads that meander the wine country and even pass along the famous Corralitos Market.

Nightly rates from $275-450 depending on the season. Minimum number
of nights apply during holiday periods.
