Beautiful Bayfront Home with Pool in Galveston

Built in 2003 with the new hurricane codes, A Lilly Pad survived
Hurricane Ike with minor damage and is once again ready to be your
home away from home. The beautiful 32 ft private swimming pool is all new. With over 1100 square feet of wrap-around decks and a cabana shower in the back, the house is  designed to take full advantage of the bayfront views and lovely sandy beaches. From the decks, you can see water on all four sides of
the house.

The swimming pool has two separate patios one has an
umbrella table and chairs and the other patio has loungers for
enjoying the sun.

The house is on a bay-front lot and provides incredible views of the
sun as it sets on the bay. The Gulf of Mexico and the beach are only
two blocks away, so you can hear the surf from the decks. With four
bedrooms and three and a half baths, A Lilly Pad is the perfect site
to enjoy all that Galveston Island has to offer.

A Lilly Pad boasts 1100 square feet of deck area, which provides
plenty of room for everyone to lounge while enjoying the great
outdoors. The lower deck is covered by the top deck, and with the
breezes from the Gulf, it is a cool spot even in the middle of the
day. The top deck is a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee first
thing in the morning, watch the sunset in the evening and for
stargazing at night. Having water all around really makes the stars
at night big and bright.

A Lilly Pad has two master suites with a queen-size bed. Both master
suites have a television with DirectTV. The upstairs master suite has
a spacious bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower
to allow for privacy. This room has a French door to the top deck,
giving you a private access to the gorgeous bay front views and the
big Texas sky above. The downstairs master suite with its queen-size
bed has it own full bathroom and provides a private retreat. Facing
the back of the house, it also has gorgeous views of the bay. Being
tucked away on the first floor offers the perfect spot for those who
want a bit more piece and quiet.

The third bedroom also serves as a game room. It has a daybed with a
pop-up trundle that can be used either as two twins or one queen bed.
The game room also has a door that opens to the lower deck and the
backyard. Look for all of the boardgames that are kept in this room.
Equipped with a wet bar, this room can be used as a second family
room. The fourth and final bedroom was furnished with children in
mind. There are two twin bunkbeds and the linens are all in primary
colors. The children will love to hang out and play here. A third
full bathroom is just outside this room and in it is the washer and
dryer.

The family room is bright and spacious and perfect for entertaining,
lounging, or just gazing at the unblocked views of the bay. A Lilly
Pad�s third TV with DirectTV and VCR can be found in this room along
with a CD Player.

A Lilly Pad comes complete with a fully-equipped kitchen. In the
kitchen you will find a full-size refrigerator, stainless steel
stove, dishwasher, and microwave. You will find a supply of dishes,
glasses, and flatware for twelve guests and an ample supply of
serving dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Everything you need to
create great meals has been provided. You can use the countertop for
casual dining or for serving in the dining room. The dining room
opens up to a gorgeous view of the bay and has a table that seats
six. All you will need to provide are the ingredients to create and
serve fabulous meals.
