Deluxe Oceanfront Hotel Room with large balcony overlooking heated 
pool and private beach.  Located in the Ocean Manor Resort Hotel at 
4040 Galt Ocean Drive between Oakland Blvd & Commercial Blvd.

The photos of the pool area and ocean view were taken from our 
balcony.

Current Availability:

Jan - Mar - Available monthly only
Apr - Dec - Available weekly, monthly 

Our hotel room is privately owned and is not affiliated with Ocean 
Manor Resort front desk or website.  As such there is no room 
service or maid service, but it is professionally cleaned after each 
rental.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tiled floors with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa.  Kitchen 
amenities: Microwave, small refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, 
pull out double cooking burners, cable TV with free HBO, dinette, 
all linens and utensils supplied.  

Restaurants (2), tiki bar, premium coffee bar in lobby, gift shop, 
valet parking and laundry facilities  on premises.  Great location! 
Walk to restaurants, shops, public transportation, water taxi and 
grocery store.

Important disclosure:  This unit is a hotel room.  There is no 
separate bedroom.  Also, there is no sink in the kitchen area.  Our 
guests use the bath sink which is nearby. 
  

Activities and Attractions

Pool, beach, water sports, intercoastal waterway, Las Olas 
nightlife, great restaurants and shopping.  Twenty minutes to Fort 
Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades cruise ships.

Vacation Rental Rates

Pricing Examples:

January 1 - March 31 - $2500 per month plus state & local taxes.    
1 month minimum.
                          
April 1 - April 30 - $2000 per month plus state & local taxes, 
$85 per night plus state & local taxes. 1 week minimum.  

May 1 - September 30 - Summer rate is $75 per night plus state & 
local taxes.  1 week minimum.  Call or email for monthly rate.

October 1 - November 30 - $2000 per month plus state & local taxes,
$85 per night plus state & local taxes.  1 week minimum.

December 1 - December 31 - $2250 per month plus state & local taxes,
$100-125 per night plus state & local taxes.  1 week minimum.

Rates higher for Easter, Christmas, May Air Show.

Cleaning fee is a 1 time charge of $85

For monthly guests: 10% deposit will reserve (200.00 minimum deposit)
Balance due 30 days prior to check in.
There is a $50 refundable key deposit.
Cancellation: 60 days prior to check in.

For weekly guests: the deposit is 1 night's stay. 
Balance due 2 weeks before check-in.
There is a $25 refundable key deposit.
Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday
Cancellation: 30 days prior to check in.

Pay with cashiers check, money order or personal check. Paypal ok 
for reservation deposit only.
