Four charming & relaxing spacious suites. 1-2BR; 3 - 1 BR suites . Located in Penticton across from KVR trail. Main Sail 2 Br on top floor has 1 king and 1 queen bedroom. Top Sail 1 BR on top floor has 1 king and 1 double sofabed. Spinnaker Suite 1 bedroom on first floor has 1 king bedroom and a pullout double sofabed in the livingroom. Genoa Suite 1 bedroom on first floor has 1 queen bedroom and a double sofabed in the livingroom. Wifi, cable tv , shared laundry facilities included. All suites have kitchenettes. The Main Sail Suite has a full kitchen.   All suites have private baths, private entrances with outside eating areas and BBQ. Parking; secure storage for bikes. 

Cleaning Fee: $75 per stay

HST: 12%

Extra Guest charges: $20/night/adult; $10/night/child; Rates are based on double occupancy.

Pets; $10/night/pet. Pets only allowed in the Genoa or Spinnaker Suites. Pets are not allowed in the back yard except with their owner on a lead. If your dog barks when you are out, you must take your dog with you when leaving the suite. Owners are responsable for cleaning up immediately after their pet and for any pet damage.


You may relax in the beautiful landscaped garden with small pond, fountain, trees, and large outside deck.  Okanagan beach and the restaurants in Penticton are an 800m walk (10 min) or a 2 minute bicycle ride.

The scenic KVR trail is across the road leading through vineyards,
wineries, tressle bridges, tunnels, all the while offering magnificent lakeviews! Ideal for bicycling, running & walking.  A scenic 20 minute drive takes you to  more than 20 wineries, between Breeze Inn and Naramata.
