Three charming & relaxing spacious suites. 2 - 1 BR suites and 1 studio suite. Located in Penticton across from KVR trail.  All suites have living room with sofabed, electric fireplace, kitchenettes,  private entrances with outside eating areas and BBQ.

You may relax in the beautiful landscaped garden with small pond, fountain, trees, and large outside deck.  Okanagan beach and the restaurants in Penticton are an 800m walk (10 min) or a 2 minute bicycle ride.

The scenic KVR trail is across the road leading through vineyards,
wineries, tressle bridges, tunnels, all the while offering magnificent lakeviews! Ideal for bicycling, running & walking.  A scenic 20 minute drive takes you to  more than 20 wineries, between Breeze Inn and Naramata. 

Suites have new private baths, duvet bedrooms, inside dining, wifi, cable tv, a/c, kitchenettes. Large guest deck with BBQ; Parking; secure storage for bikes.

Laundry facilities: $2/wash & $2/dry inc. laundry soap, bounce sheets.

50% deposit required to book. 100% Deposit for three nights or less. Deposit refunded only if/when unit is rebooked.
