This is a new 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo, newly furnished in the fall of 2010 with everything you need for a perfect vacation.  The big, beautiful, free Wildwood beach, world-famous boardwalk, and the new Wildwood Convention Center are only steps from our condo.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Park your car in the two reserved garage parking spaces. You won't need it all week! The condo's address is 238 E. Baker Ave. - just one building off the corner of E. Baker and Atlantic Aves.  It's the PERFECT location for all your CONVENTION CENTER events!

This is a large 1st floor condo with 2 decks. (It is one level above the garage
- one flight of stairs to climb. Stairs are indoors - wide and solid - carpeted - a
railing on both sides. It's a split flight with a landing in the middle. There are approximately 14 stairs in all.)

We've been busy in the off season. New hardwood laminate flooring has been installed; windows are scrubbed; linens, comforters, pillows,drapes, bedding replaced; decks are power washed; walls and mouldings are scrubbed; much of the furniture is new in the fall of 2010. The entire condo was newly painted in 2008, and is touched up every year. The condo is only five years old, but everything is like new again. Properly maintained, fully equipped. We don't cut corners. We're ready for you and your family!

There's so much to do in and around Wildwood! Atlantic City is only 30 minutes away. The world-famous two-mile boardwalk is steps from your door. The big, beautiful, free Wildwood beaches are second to none! The Cape May County Zoo is the best in New Jersey. The town of Cape May is only ten minutes away. Ride the Cape May-Lewes ferry to the outlet malls in Delaware. Try a new golf course - there are many! You won't believe the large selection of great restaurants - all within walking distance of our condo.

1/2 of rent is due now to hold and confirm your reservation.  The final balance is due 30 days before your arrival.  Personal checks are fine for payment.  A credit card can be accepted through PayPal.

We rent to families or mature adults (everyone in the group must be over 25 years of age). NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS!!! NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE AGED GROUPS! NO EXCEPTIONS - PLEASE DON'T ASK!

We don't take chances with our property or with our renters. This is a "families only" building.  No rentals are permitted to groups under 26 years old without parental supervision at all times.  Total occupancy not to exceed ten including all  children. A quiet, well-behaved dog will be considered at an  additional charge of $25.00 per day, or $100.00 per week. Please inquire with information about your pet.
