there is much to do in East Tennessee!

Come stay a while and relax in the cool mountain air. The East
Tennessee area is a beautiful area to get away from it all . If
you're into hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, kyaking or just enjoy
being around natures beauty, it's all just minutes away.

Off Season Jan 7-May 25 ($85/night, $510/week)

Regular Season May 26- Sept/Dec-Jan 6 ($99/night, $594/week)

Peak Season Oct-Nov ($115/night, $690/week) Includes the weeks of
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentines
Day, Easter, Memorial Day, and during the month of October -November
(leaf season).

Add a $100 refundable security fee for all stays and $47.50 cleaning
fee. Rates are quoted for 1-6 guests. Add $10/night per each extra
guest (Max. Occupancy: 6 guests; children 3 and under stay free) +
Tennessee Lodging and Sales tax.

Rent 6 nights , 7th night is free.
Off Season Special - rent 4 nights, 5th night free!!!!(cannot be used
in conjuction with other specials.)
