You will enjoy our luxurious, spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house!  The neighborhood is only 2.5 blocks from the beautiful beaches of Destin.  Professionally decorated and new gated community, the Villages of Crystal Beach.  Right in the heart of Destin!  Walk to the new Destin Commons, where you can shop, eat or even see a movie. 

You will enjoy our home as it has travertine floors, granite counter tops and all upgraded appliances, which just begin to scratch the surface of all the upgrades in our home, including coffee maker, blender and microwave.

The resort style community pool, is one of the largest in Destin.  It is a lagoon style pool, approximately 30,000 sq ft., with a walk-in at one end, which is great for small children.  Our home is less than a 1 minutes walk to the community pool!  The pool area has 3 waterfalls, a tiki grilling area, and a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure, surround sound, tropical landscapting, and lots of sitting areas to enjoy with friends and family.  Enjoy the complimentary trollery service to conveniently take you to the beautiful white sand beaches.

Our home has two master bedroom suites, one on each floor.  In your private master bath there is a seperate jacuzzi tub for enjoying a long soak and relaxation, as well as a travertine shower, with body sprays!  This room has a king size bed.  The master bedroom on the 2nd floor, king sized bed, and it has it own's private bath with a marble shower, with body sprays.  There are two more bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen bed, this room has an access to the covered balcony.  The 4th bedroom has two twin bunk beds.  All the mattresses are pillowtop, and oh so comfy!  Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV! There are 4 DVD players throughout the house.  There is also a large flat screen TV in the downstairs living room, as well as the upstairs loft/living room.  Our home has high-speed, wireless internet.

Private parking for two vehicles is provided, with additional parking available onsite.  The house and neighborhood are maintained in pristine condition.   There is a sidewalk that runs parallel to the beach, which is great for jogging, walking or strolling with your family/children early in the morning or during the evening to watch the sun setting.
