"The Cottage" on Goshorn Lake in Saugatuck

"The Cottage" is located on quiet Goshorn Lake, between the RESORT
town of Saugatuck, Michigan and the TULIP City of Holland, Michigan.
Swimming, Boating (Paddle and Row Boat) fishing and private dock
are yours to enjoy.

"The Cottage" has two bedrooms and one bath. Sleeps six. Fully
furnished kitchen, refrigerator,ice maker, range with oven,
microwave, toaster,coffeemaker, dishes and utensils are provided.
Toilet paper, paper towels, pillows and blanket are also provided.
You supply the linens and towels. It also has Satellite TV, DVD, VCR
and Stereo. NO PETS PLEASE. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the
other bedroom has a twin bed and a Queen Bed. There is also a hide-
a-bed in the living room. "The Cottage" has a deck with furniture and
Grill. Everything to make your stay enjoyable. "The Cottage" is a
housekeeping cottage.Please clean up before departure. Overnight
guests will be charged. Firepit on premises. Washer & Dryer available.
Wireless internet available. DVD Library
We also have added a lock box for your convenience.

Activites include Antiquing, Golf, Shopping, Dune Rides ( Just minutes
away) Restaurants and Sightseeing. Biking, Fitness Center, Fishing,
and Sailing also available for you.
Holland activities include a visit to the Wooden Shoe Factory and the
Big Windmill on Windmill Island. There are also wonderful beaches
in both Saugatuck and Holland that are on Lake Michigan.

June-August...1,000.00 Weekly, plus 6% Tax

Weekend Rates Available, May and Sept. .$125.00 Plus 6% Tax

Holiday weekends, $150.00 plus 6% tax, ( 2 day mimimum)

Terms: 1/2 rental fee due at time of booking. Payment in full two weeks before arrival. Cancellation policy: 30 days notice 1/2 Rental fee refunded, less then
30 days, no refund unless rented for same dates.
