Dream overlooks trees - the south facing swimming pool taking
advantage of the sun throughout the day on the premiere community of
the ORIGINAL Calabay Parc.
The house is fully equipped to a high standard, with upgraded
furniture package, and is an extremely spacious 1830sq ft, affording
maximum privacy for 6 people. It is quite unique having 3 bathrooms,
including 2 master suites!!
Calabay Parc is situated in a quiet yet central location 2.5 miles
from I4 and 4 miles from US192. There is a championship golf course
within 2 minutes drive and a large selection of major restaurants
and stores including Walmart and Publix within 5 minutes. The main
gate to Walt Disney World is only 8 miles and Orlando International
Airport is approximately 40 minutes drive.
