Harbor Cove Condo with pool and lake access, the only complex located on the water, one mile of beach front on Little Traverse Bay. Three bedroom, 1400 sq ft with vaulted ceiling and spacious open living area with custom fireplace. Updated, freshly painted and remodeled with all the extras, nicely appointed and will make you feel like it's your own summer home and not a rental properrty. Great swimming/sunning options :beautiful outdoor pool in park like setting or spaciuos beach: both a very short walk. Recently updated kitchen, hardwood floor, new cabinets, appliances and granite counter tops. Bathrooms remodeled with new tile and granite, MBR has new larger shower with new tile. Very clean and comfortable.
