bedroom, 2 bath condo fully furnished and equipped. Second floor  
lowrise building.   
Surrounded by nature. Peaceful relaxing setting.  Sit on your lanai  
and watch nature in it's own natural habitat, fish  
jumping, egrets, blue heron, hawks, and eagles always in your   
private backyard.  2 swimming pools, one screened in and one open  
air. Tennis courts.   
Condo is non-smoking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom has queen size bed, ceiling fan, tv with cable, large  
walk-in closet, private bath, french doors to the lanai overlooking  
water.   
Guest bedroom has twin beds and ceiling fan.  Dining  
room, large living room with cathedral ceilings, cable tv, dvd/cd  
player with surround  
sound, pull out queen size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, slider to  
lanai overlooking water.   
Kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new large appliances,  
breakfast bar.  Condo just renovated to include new kitchen  
cabinets, granite counter tops, new bathrooms with granite vanity,  
tile flooring in kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms and  
lanai.  Bedrooms are newley carpeted.  Washer and dryer in unit.  All  
linens are supplied. 
Beach chairs,toys and fishing poles.  Free local phone calls.   
Answering machine.  Condo located next to screened in heated  
swimming pool.  AC throughout.  Ceiling fans throughout, including  
lanai.

Close to beaches, golf, shopping and restaurants on Marco and  
Naples.  Tennis, swimming,  
fishing, biking, walking and nature watching.  Very quiet  
surroundings.
