the Lachine Canal, home to the longest bike path in all North America - 
stretching from Old Montreal to the tip of island of Montreal, 
all the way out to St. Anne de Bellevue.

Living room with 2 large couches, as well as a fireplace and television 
with DVD player. Also one of the couches pulls out to a queen bed.

Separate dining room with space for 8, or even up to 10.

Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.

Powder room on the main floor.

A large deck with patio furniture and barbeque.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed: one with a queen bed: 
and a bedroom/study with a library and couch that pulls out to be a double bed.

Full bathroom upstairs.

The basement is finished, with air mattresses for 2 more people. 
There is also a piano in the basement.

Garage for indoor parking, plus a private driveway for a second car.
