Vacation Rental Description

Two privately owned condos, professionally managed by Caper Beach Club.  

Both condos, 306 &1106 are corner end units with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. 

Each condo is an end unit; therefore instead of a condo wall next to you, you get an extra open air 
balcony with access through the kitchen and master bedroom, plus a wall full of windows.   

306 is located on the third floor and 1106 is located on the 11th floor, one floor from the top. 

Free Hi-Speed Wireless Internet Access.

Professionally decorated.  

Two bedrooms, two full baths in each condo.

One balcony & One screened-in beach facing Lanai in each condo.

Master bedrooms have a king bed, private bath and balcony.  Guest bedrooms have two beds, a queen & 
twin or a king depending on condo.  Maximum occupancy is five people per condo.
   
 
Each Condo features:

Fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.  Charcoal BBQ 
located in the courtyard.

Washer & dryer located in unit.

Cable television.  

Heated Outdoor Pool 

Walking distance to shopping, churches, grocery store, library and restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

We have a one week minimum stay, additional days are available on a 
pro-rated basis.  The weekly rate varies from $995-
$2100.  We offer monthly discounted rentals as well.  They range 
from $3600-$6000.  We gladly accept all major credit cards, paypal, 
and certified checks.  All Cleaning Fees & Sales Tax are included in 
the rate.  We have our own web site for the most up to date
