The Snowcreek Condominiums are centrally located in Sun Valley, a five minute walk from all of the resort amenities such as the symphony pavilion, main lodge, indoor/outdoor ice rinks, indoor/outdoor pools, shopping and dining. Snowcreek is adjacent to the Dollar Mountain ski resort. Walk through the parking lot and onto the lift or grab a meal at Carol’s Lodge.  Stroll, bike, drive, or take the bus one mile into downtown Ketchum.

1519 Snowcreek is an end unit with lots of natural light and an open floor plan.  Remodeled in the spring of 2010, upgrades include hardwood floors, newly carpeted bedrooms, new fully equipped kitchen, and a river rock, wood-burning fireplace.  This home features two private, ground floor bedrooms and baths, separate main floor great room and upstairs loft bedroom.  The unit is located directly across from the clubhouse, summer pool and year-round hot tub.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, TV and full bathroom en suite.  The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and flat screen TV/DVD combination with adjacent bathroom. The loft above the dining area is equipped with two twin beds that can be bridged into another king bed upon request. The living area features a brand new wood burning river rock fireplace with gas-assist and an entertainment center equipped with TV, DVD player, large movie library, and a stereo/CD player with iPod dock.  Enjoy BBQing on the upstairs balcony or outdoor time on the downstairs patio located off the master bedroom. Should you need to stay in touch with the outside world, wireless high-speed internet access is provided.  Washer and dryer inside unit.

Summertime activities include golf, tennis, fly fishing, biking, hiking, paragliding, trap shooting, and horseback riding.  World-class and Olympic skaters perform on the outdoor ice rink from mid-June through Labor Day.  Attend the annual wagon parade, Summer Symphony or October Jazz Festival.  Condo rental also includes a Sun Valley Recreation Card giving you access to the large pool and Fitness Center at the Sun Valley Inn as well as discounts on golf and tennis.

During the winter months simply walk onto the ski lift. Dollar Mountain is directly across the parking lot. It is a great family ski hill with lots of beginner and intermediate runs and considered the premier learning hill.  World renowned Bald Mountain is just a short free bus ride away.  There are also miles of groomed cross country ski and snow shoeing trails. Feeling romantic?  Take a horse drawn sleigh ride to Trail Creek Cabin for dinner.  Sleigh rides run between the Lodge and Trail Creek Cabin all winter long, but call for reservations as they fill up early.
