Sunset view 3 bedroom one story cottage, located on Tichigan Lake in Waterford WI. A lake view with swimming and a beach area. This cottage has 3 bedrooms, one full bath, 2 enclosed porches, one living room , and a kitchen. You will enjoy relaxing in this while watching nature at it's best.

This cottage has 3 bedrooms with all linens included. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has a twin bed. One full bath includes a shower/tub along with all towels included. One porch has a lake view with plently of seating available as well as TV and cable. The lake view includes a beautiful sunset along 500 feet of lake frontage. The other porch has a table and chairs perfect for you dining pleasure. The living room has seating for family and friends along with Cable TV and a VCR. The Kitchen includes a Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove with oven, Microwave, Electric frying pan, a Toaster, and all of your kitchen neccessities. This is an ideal cottage for people looking for a summer retreat close to the Milwaukee and Racine area.

Tichigan Lake flows into the Fox River which gives you a lesiurely boat ride. Tichigan Lake is a fairly clean Lake with many sand bars. You are able to swim off of this property and you have the opportunity to dock a boat. The owners will provide a pier for your boat. Fishing, boating, and swimming are some of the main attractions to the water. There are plenty of Golf Courses and Restaurants nearby. This cottage is centrally located between Milwaukee, Racine, Lake Geneva, Waukesha, Kenosha, and 2 hours from Chicago.
vacation rental rates
The cottage is available. May through the end of October. If you are interested in renting this for the whole season a discount would be given. A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. We require a $150 damage deposit which will be happily refunded assuming there is no unusal damage to the property. There will be an additional $150 deposit for a pet assumming there are no extraordinary issues or cleaning required, this will also be refunded. The price of the cottage includes electric, cable and heat.
