Vacation Rental Description

Flip Flops by the Fountain is in the Village of South Walton, adjacent to Rosemary Beach and less 
than a half mile to Alys Beach. The Village has restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlours and an 
interactive fountain the kids will love to play in.  The Village is adjacent to the boutique 
shopping and five-star dining in Rosemary Beach. There is access to the amazing 12,000 square foot 
Seacrest pool, as well as a heated pool just 100 feet from your door. Beach access is just across 
the street. Complimentary tram service is available to the beach and the Seacrest pool.

Separate sleeping areas for the king size bed and sleeper sofa.  Small kitchenette with 
refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker.  26-inch TV with DVD player.  Linens provided.  
Ironing board and iron in unit, washer and dryer available within the building.  The Village has 
access to multiple pools, shops and restaurants.  The beach is less than a quarter mile walk, with 
an available complimentary tram.
