Flip Flops by the Fountain is in the Village of South Walton, adjacent to Rosemary Beach and less
than a half mile to Alys Beach. The Village has restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlours and an
interactive fountain the kids will love to play in. The Village is adjacent to the boutique
shopping and five-star dining in Rosemary Beach. There is access to the amazing 12,000 square foot
Seacrest pool, as well as a heated pool just 100 feet from your door. Beach access is just across
the street. Complimentary tram service is available to the beach and the Seacrest pool.

Awesome Beach Rental - Mother/Daughter trip

The rental condo was privately owned and described perfectly by the description in the listing. The owner was very easy to deal with and provided all the necessary information before we left for our trip. The unit and the grounds were exceptionally clean. The surrounding areas of Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys, and Seaside Beach were great for restaurants and shopping. We suggest WildOlives Market for fresh baked goods in the AM. We went to Cowgirl Kitchen last night and had very good pizza and beer. The large 12000 sq foot pool and beach are within walking distance but the tram was especially nice. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again next year.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Just returned from a great stay in this awesome condo. This is a very nice place and the owner is very easy to deal with, always ready to help make your stay a pleasant experience. The grounds are nice and the big pool has many different types of areas for your family to enjoy. My favorite thing was the transportation to and from the beach and pool. They pick you up at your door and deliver you right to the pool or beach, whichever you prefer. As I mentioned previously, the condo is great and very comfortable. You would enjoy staying in this place.
