Relax in this spacious, immaculate home with gorgeous fieldstone fireplace, gourmet kitchen, sunroom  and spectacular water views.  In the morning enjoy your coffee on the upper deck with views of Ninigret Pond and Block Island or read the paper with the sunshine streaming into the sunroom.  Spend your day sunbathing or reading on the enormous first floor deck and enjoy dinner with spectacular views in the dining room with seating for 10.  After dinner retire to the upper third floor deck for happy hour to watch the sunset or entertain on the adjoining loft with wet bar, bar fridge, and views of Block Island.  

The master bedroom  has a queen size bed and full bath which adjoins the loft and third floor deck.

 One private first floor bedroom  has 1 double bed.  The other first floor bedroom has 2 double beds and is perfect for kids with a TV/dvd player for little ones to have some down time at the end of a beach day.

Other amenties include a large outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, outdoor grill, wine fridge,  Blue Ray DVD player, and internet access.

Sorry, no pets allowed and no student rentals.  We do not rent to unrelated parties under twenty five.

Overlooking Ninigret Pond, short walk to beach. Centrally-located
between Foxwoods Casino, Block Island Ferry, and Newport. Boat
launch and kayak/canoe rentals within walking distance. A variety
of restaurants in the area. Ninigret Game Preserve and art
galleries nearby.

Swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking/canoeing, clamming (permits
required), hiking, shopping, antiquing, and biking.
