Credit Card and Bank Transfer transactions cost everyone extra. It is for that reason we accept check payments only. Please understand that we are doing what we can to keep added costs to a minimum so our tenants have more of their money to spend on their Ocean City vacation!
You will want to return year after year when you spend this summer's vacation at this lovely 3BR, 2 Bath, 2nd Floor Condo!
The kids will love the double sets of bunk beds...Both have a double on the bottom and single on the top. Equipped with TVs an DVDs
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, plenty of dinnerware and flatware, cookware, and much, much more!
We personally inspect our home each Saturday. When you enter you will think you are the first tenants of the season. Our home will be spotlessly clean and fresh smelling!
JUST 2 HOUSES TO THE BEACH! See and hear the ocean from the spacious back deck. You will be just under 1 block from the beach with a lifeguard.
The southend playground is just a couple of short blocks. There are swings, roller rink and more. Bike rentals just 1 block away...and pick up some home made ice cream at Ala Mode when you pick up your bike.
This location is in walking distance to Hoagie/Sub Shop, Diner, Ala Mode Homemade Ice Cream Shop (an Ocean City favorite,) Mallon's Sticky Bun Shop, and much more. UNCLE BILL'S PANCAKE HOUSE is close-by.
Like to surf? We are very close to the surfing beach. Is Fishing your sport? Corsons Inlet is just a stone's throw away! Just over the little bridge is Sea Isle CIty.

Enjoy Ocean City in this well-appointed beach home in the off season, too. September has great beach weather without the crowds, and most of the businesses are open through October.
SEASON/OFF-SEASON
The summer season in Ocean City officially begins on Memorial Day weekend and ends gradually from Labor Day through the end of September. It is considered peak season from July 4th until Labor Day. During April and May, as well as October through the end of November, all of the downtown area and numerous restaurants are open for ?business as usual.? Most boardwalk merchants remain open through the end of November and the sales are fabulous!
