We have two, 2-bedroom fully furnished suites offer home-style living, privacy and proximity to the beach and other local attractions. 

Each suite is fully furnished and newly renovated with separate laundry.  Both comfortable suites are steps from sunny, sandy, Sudbury Beach on Skaha Lake.   Non smoking.

Penticton is one of a very few places in the world where you can catch some great spring skiing in the morning, and follow it up with an afternoon of golf or boating on the lake (if you're brave).

The Okanagan is also becoming world famous for its wines. The valley is set in a semi-arid belt, providing both soil and climate similar to California's Napa Valley. The region now features approximately 70 wineries. The valley is also known for its orchard industry.

Whether you're a golfer, skier, wine connoisseur, sun & surfer or just interested in a peaceful getaway, you will find paradise in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. There are plenty of things to do.

Driving up or down the valley, you will see dozens of fruit and vegetable stands, a salmon run, alpaca farm, bird sanctuary, cattle drive, fallow deer farm, ghost towns, go-karts, gold panning, guest ranches, honey bee farm, houseboats, the Kettle Valley Steam Railway, golf courses galore, miniature horses, mini-formula one cars, an observatory, Ogopogo sighting stations (they'll pay you $2 million if you can prove the lake monster is out there), orchard tours, the Osoyoos Desert, paintball, parasailing, Parrot Island, a petting zoo, Pheasant World, skateboard parks, theme parks, trout farms and fish hatcheries, waterslides, whitewater rafting, a wild boar farm and our 70 world class wineries.

There are also many festivals, farmers markets, First Nations events, regattas, rodeos, exhibitions, fairs, horse races and shows.
