We enjoyed staying here so much. The unit is great! So cozy and the furniture is very comfortable. It was roomy enough for the 7 adults in our group with room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked and had the best view ever! We ate in for most meals and really enjoyed the condo. The balcony was a favorite place to enjoy the quiet beauty around us. The master bedroom is so nice and the view is perfect! Everything was nice and clean.
We have found a favorite restaurant in Panama City. Is is a 25 minute drive from the condo, but well worth the effort. It is an all you can eat Chinese buffet. The food is good, fresh and at an affordable price. Lunch was only $6.75, that includes a whole table of desserts to choose from and an assortment of hand dipped ice cream!
Tanya was great to work with and very friendly to talk to. This was a wonderful vacation. I will be sharing the details with my friends.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

The property is clean. Upon arrival everything appeared ok. As the day went on we discovered the screen door to the balcony wouldnt slide and actually was off the hinges. The door to the balconly would not lock as well as the front door has no inside lock which is an issue with small children. All bedrooms do not have tvs and dvd players as advertised. The forth bedroom has two twin beds and thats it. One of which blocks the closet door intrance so it will only open partially. Dont plan on having a meal at the dinning area after dark as there is no lighting in this area. Wireless internet may or maynot work and we did try unplugging and plugging back in as we were instructed. The telepone does not work nor does the electrical outlet in the master bedroom. The biggest disatisfer for me was that I inquired prior to booking about beach chair rental for my elderly dad and was told it was included just ask for it from the man in the booth on the beach. When we ask the man in the booth he said this one did not have a beach chair. Im sure that this was a known fact prior to booking this condo and wish someone would have just been honest and said it doesnt have one. The location is good. Convienent to most attrations. It has one assisgned parking space which someone was parking in 5 out of the 7 days we were there so if you are traveling with multiple parties you will have to park across the road. I would not personally stay at this property again. I hope others have a better experience.

We take all of the appropriate measures to ensure our guests satisfaction and are only a telephone call away to address any issues that may occur during their stay, since we live in Panama City Beach. We have had hundreds of guests throughout the years who would be happy to attest to our responsiveness. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any of the issues mentioned in this review until after the guests checked out. The pictures and descriptions contained in our advertising fully represent the property and nothing has been changed. On site security should be made aware when other guests are parked in your assigned space. Complimentary beach chair service is included with most of our properties and is advertised as such. Complimentary Beach Chair service is not offered with this unit and we are sorry of any confusion. Nevertheless, we thank this guest for bringing these issues to our attention and have addressed all of their open issues.
