Great waterviews from kitchen area and Master suite. A public boat ramp is a 1/4 mile away. The Cape Cod nautical interior decor constantly reminds you of where you are. The house is newly renovated with newer appliances in kitchen & a new flagstone patio to enjoy the outdoors. A balcony deck on the second floor is great for entertaining.
Enjoy the scent of the salt sea air, cooling ocean breezes and warm water ocean swimming. Close to Martha's Vineyard ferries, beaches, golf, tennis, boutique shopping, and dining: all are truly minutes away by automobile.
