Vacation Rental Description

This delightful 3-story cottage has a private pool and is easy walking distance to the beach and  
Eastern Lake. The cottage sits on a quiet, unpaved road on the south-side of Scenic-30A and is  
convenient  to the medley of restaurants and shops scattered throughout Seagrove and is biking  
distance of the picket-fenced community of Seaside.  
 
The cottage sleeps 9-11 and has ample parking for 3 cars. 
 
The kitchen is fully-stocked and has all modern appliances.  The dining area seats 6. A washer/dryer  
is provided.  Patio doors off the dining area lead to an arbor/patio area on the north-facing side  
of the property.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Belle Maison has multiple covered porches on which to laze and take in the scenery, and the cottage  
is an easy 3-4 minute from the pristine beach. 
 
The private pool in the back-yard has outdoor patio furniture along with a barbecue grill.  
 
The living-area offers all the comforts of home.  There's a TV and access to the front, furnished  
porch.  Queen sleeper sofa. 
 
There is a bedroom with a queen-bed off this ground-floor level with access to the hallway bathroom.  
TV.  The second bedroom on the second-floor has a queen-bed, TV and private bathroom.  The third  
bedroom on the second-floor has a queen bed + a bunk (with a full-sized & twin bed), TV and private  
bathroom. 
 
The loft area offers a sleeper-sofa and a deck area on which to enjoy the sea breezes. 
 
High-speed internet access.

Activities and Attractions

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses including two directly on on  
Scenic-30A. 
 
Fabulous shopping in unique seaside communities scattered throughout  
30A as well as the renowned Sugar Sands Outlet Mall in nearby  
Sandestin (just 20-minutes to the west). 
 
A terrific bike/hike path is convenient to the cottage and meanders  
through seaside communities, alongside lakes, through woodlands and  
beach areas. The path runs from Blue Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18- 
miles in length with 9-miles being off-road. A real fun activity for  
all the family and bike rentals are available throughout 30A. 
 
Nearby Eastern Lake has a boat ramp where you can launch your canoes and kayaks. 
 
Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked  
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand- 
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach  
area, within a few miles to the west. 
 
Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature  
trails, picnic areas. 
 
Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou ..  
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped  
oaks. 
 
Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises,  
watersports can be found in nearby Destin (which hosts the largest  
charter-fishing fleet in Florida!). Extensive kids attractions and  
amusements can be found in nearby Panama City Beach.
