Budget, Small but clean 5 minutes to Hollywood & Dania beach in Hollywood

Very small for people on a budget only! Not Fency but very clean. Big enouth for just 6 people. It will sleep more but be aware that it will be very tight.

 The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a pull out Queen sofa bed.  The master bathroom has a shower (no tub).  This room has its own private porch with a separate entrance.

The two remaining bedrooms are quite small.  One room has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top.  There is not extra room in these rooms for additional beds.

The living room has a pull out queen sofa which sleeps 2.

The large yard is perfect for entertaining.  It has a picnic table, a gas grill and a magnificent mango tree for shade. 

The laundry room in the building is coin operated with one washer and one dryer ($1.25/wash and $1.00/dry).

Free WiFi and Cable TV.

  3/2  located just East of Federal Hwy. (Rt 1) and very close to downtown Hollywood where you will find many restaurants. 

Hollywood Beach is about 1.5-2 miles away. On the boardwalk you will find many restaurants and small shops.

 For gambling you have Mardi Gras  2-3 minutes away and Gulfstream is about 5 minutes away. 

 Aventura Mall is about 10 minutes away.

Fort lauderdale airport is about 15 minutes away.
