Vacation Rental Description

Our luxury three bedroom two bath condo is located in the prestigious 
Windsor Palms Resort just three and half miles from Disney World 
Resort with easy access to other major theme parks, shops and 
restaurants.

This beautiful five star resort is a brand-new, private, gated 
community. The resort has unrivaled facilities that are available to 
all guests including a 7500-square-foot clubhouse, Olympic-size pool, 
well-equipped exercise room, game room, tennis, basketball, sand 
volleyball courts, and a 58 seat movie theater. This resort is 
generally accepted as the best in the area.

The condo has fully-equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, 
cable TVs in all bedrooms, DVD and VCR. The master bedroom is 
equipped with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size 
bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The living room has a 
pullout sofa-bed. The condo can sleep eight people comfortably.

Minimum 3 nights rentral. $65 cleaning fee for 5 or fewer days stay. 

There is an additonal 13% tax that will be added to these rates.
