New construction spacious townhome located at the south end of Wildwood Crest in the exclusive Diamond Beach area. A two and a half block walk to the clean and tagless beach with bathrooms and showers located at the beach entrance.

Minutes from historic Cape May, Cape May Zoo, Cape may Ferry to Rehoboth Beach outlets and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk. the Wildwood bike trail begins at this location and takes you along the entire length of the island.
The house sleeps 8 - 12 comfortably with the availability of one queen air mattress and one queen sofa bed. 2700 pluse square feet total.
One master bedroom with a king bed, privat full bath and 19"flat screen tv/dvd.
One junior master bedroom with a queen bed, private full bath and 19" flat screen tv/dvd.
Two gues rooms: one with two twin beds and one with one queen bed, 19" flat screen tv/dvd adjoined by a full Jack and Jill bathroom.
Extra large living room with a 46" flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, with Comcase cable premium channels.
Dining and eating area with table and seating for 12 in addirtion to a five piece collapsable table and chair set.

vacation rental rates
The $2750 weekly rate applies to a Saturday to Saturday rental. A security deposit of $250 is due at the time the lease is signed and submitted. The security deposit is nonrefundable if reservations are cancelled. The security deposit will be returned within two weeks of a successfully completed rental.

Off season rentals and rates are available at the discression of the owner.
