This super clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanfront 2nd floor Condo with beautiful views is exactly
what you are looking for. There is a full kitchen where you can cook all your meals.
There is a king bed in the master and 2 twins in the second beroom. (2 twins in the 2nd bedroom can
be easily converted to a king bed; you can have it that way when you arrive if you request it). Two
rollaway twin beds if needed. Also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
The living room faces East onto an oversized balcony with a view of the ocean and overlooking the
pool. The balcony is right in front of the living room and master bedroom. It's 26 feet long and very
private!
The resort is a newer building with beatuful landscaping. There is even a banana tree! See if you or
the kids can find it. We have a pool, spa, sauna and tennis and basket ball courts. Perfect for
families with children. We also have wi-fi and a washer and dryer! If you want to see more pictures

everyone on the beach. Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is also less than 5 minutes away.
Deep sea fishing, casino cruise ships, and major cruise lines are less than 10 minutes away at nearby

Kennedy Space Center and space shuttle launches are less than 5 minutes North. Watch the launches
from the beach at the condo. Disney world and all of Orlandos major attractions are less than an
hour drive. Surfing, wave runner rentals, parasailing, golfing and much more are all nearby. For
