The best of both worlds!  Downtown Frankfort and just two blocks from the beach.  Enjoy the ambiance of a small town by strolling on the beach or Main Street shops.   Summer recreational activities abound from swimming, walks on the beach, golfing, boating, fishing and canoeing.  Enjoy a shimmering Lake Michigan sunset while swimming and fishing from the beach, pier or boat. 

If you are looking for something smaller, ask about our one bedroom loft apartment which sleeps 4 at $500 per week.

General Amenities

Specific Amenities

Front Porchis very a large, covered outdoor space with a wicker seating area for
10+.  It is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.  A perfect place to enjoy the outdoors in rain or sunshine.

Living Room has a bank of windows looking onto the front porch with comfortable seating for seven.  There is a 36” flat screen TV, DVD player, and digital cable to
catch your favorite shows after a day at the beach, fishing or enjoying the sights of Northern Michigan.

Dining Room is the hub of the home.  A large round oak dining table, with 2 antique
buffets, an oak china closet and a desk make this more like a great room than just a dining area.  The sliding glass doors lead to a lovely deck which has a view of the backyard.  There are two ceiling fans to bring the cool lake breeze into the house.

Kitchen is a farmhouse style with a large porcelain sink with windows above to enjoy the outdoors when doing clean up chores.  There is an island, large pine hutch and storage shelves for pantry items.  There is an electric stove located next to the antique green stove which houses the microwave, toaster oven and toaster.  A mobile island and ceiling fan top off this country kitchen.

Family Bedroom (Upstairs) Spacious, traditional room with a double bed & twin trundle
daybed. A ceiling fan and window air-conditioner will help you rest comfortably on a hot summer night.

Blue Bunkroom (Upstairs) Cozy, quilted classic room with a double and twin bunk bed. A window air-conditioner cools the room nicely.

Blue French Door Retreat (Downstairs) Sun filled room with a double bed, ceiling fan and French doors that leads to a private deck.

Bathrooms – 2 Full Bathrooms with one located on each floor.

Laundry Room – Located off the kitchen the laundry room houses a stackable washer and dryer to help you keep up on the weeks laundry.

Parking - There is one space provided for parking in the shared driveway in the rear of
the house.  Additionally, parking on Forest Avenue is allowed all day and night which we often find more convenient for access to the front of the house.

Mid June to Labor Day - Weekly Rentals Only

• $1,500 per week and an $80 cleaning fee
• Due when making reservation: $350 Reservation/Damage Deposit which is refundable with no damage and $750 which is 50% of rental fee.
• Due on month prior to arrival: $750 which is the remaining rental fee and an $80 cleaning fee arrival.

May to Mid June & September to October - Weekly Rentals

• $750 per week and an $80 cleaning fee
• Due when making the reservation: $300 Reservation/Damage Deposit which is refundable with no property damage and $375 which is 50% of the rental fee.
• Due on month prior to arrival: $375 which is the remaining 50% of the rental fee and an $80 cleaning fee.

Jan to May & September to December - Weekend Rates 

• $225 per weekend
• Due when making reservation: $150 Reservation/Damage Deposit which is refundable with no property damage and $125 which is 50% of the rental fee.
• Due two weeks prior to arrival: $125 which is the remaining 50% of the rental fee and a $50 cleaning fee.
