island, fishing from a jetty, browsing the shops along the Boardwalk
or Asbury Avenue, relaxing with a good book by the pool or on the
beach, or observing shorebirds in the marshes, Ocean City offers
something for everyone. Ocean City, New Jersey, prides itself on

Enjoy a direct ocean view from every window in this cozy,
comfortable, and clean one bedroom, one bath condo in the historic
and elegant Flanders Hotel, centrally located at 11th and the
Boardwalk. This unit sleeps four, with a queen-size bed and a queen-
size sleeper sofa. Each condo in the hotel is individually owned or managed;
all units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We rent to families and adults only.
The tenant provides all towels and bed linens; blankets and pillows are
provided. Minimum stay during July and August is one week (Saturday
