Enjoy a direct ocean view from every window in this cozy, comfortable, and clean one bedroom, one bath condo in the historic and elegant Flanders Hotel, centrally located at 11th and the Boardwalk. This unit sleeps four, with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Each condo in the hotel is individually owned or managed; all units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Unless otherwise advertised, the tenant provides all towels and bed linens; blankets and pillows are provided.

We rent to families and adults only (no groups under age 25; no senior week rentals). Minimum stay during July and August is one week (Saturday to Saturday). Minimum stay at other times of year is two nights.
