vacation rental description
Relaxing year-round home available for summer rentals, holidays, and possible other times throughout the year. Our home is situated 7 miles south of the village on East Lake Rd. The 1.25 acre lot features lake views and beautiful birch trees. The back of the property adjoins Midlakes Golf Course (currently closed). A 3/4 mile stroll across the golf course and down a quiet road will take you to a community lake access. There are four bedrooms (two queen sized beds and three twins) and a convertible full-sized futon-sofa. The home has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms with a bathtub/shower combination. The fully-equipped kitchen has been recently renovated and includes granite countertops. The back porch is our favorite room; the wall of windows allows for an unencumbered, relaxing view of the wooded yard. Spafford community Skaneateles Lake access is available via a 1 mile drive or 0.75 mile walk. If you would like, you could also access our 200’ of level lake frontage on the next Finger Lake to the west, Owasco Lake.
Pets may be allowed if you can assure us that they won't do any damage. An additional security deposit may be required.

The property also includes a fire pit, outdoor brick grilling area, and charcoal grill. High speed wireless internet. Vernak’s Country Store with locally renowned pizza is located a short walk away.

7 miles from the beautiful village of Skaneateles with shopping, waterfront, boat cruises and many local artisans. Boat rentals on Skaneateles lake available at the marina on West Lake Rd.
vacation rental rates
The weekly rental rate is $1200. We would prefer not to rent the home on a nightly basis. The higher per night rate will apply for holidays.
