This beautiful property is located in a nice, quiet Anchorage neighborhood known as Jewel Lake. It's location is in south Anchorage, only 10 to 15 minutes to the airport, downtown, and midtown Anchorage. It sits on half an acre and has two additional two bedroom, recently remodeled units attached and available for rent as well.
This 2,000 square foot, two level, four bedroom, two full bath unit was just recently remodeled in June 2010 and it hot on the market! There is a king, queen, four twins and a sleeper sofa which all combine to comfortably sleep a total of ten. Outside you will find a large fenced shared yard with BBQ area for outdoor cooking.
