Vacation Rental Description

Lovely, 2nd floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath Villa located in  
Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay Golf & Country Club, in Sunset  
Beach, NC.(ranked #1 beach in NC.). The Villa has a beautiful pond  
and sunset view from the living room, master bedroom,and screened  
porch. The Villa has two queen size beds with pillow tops and  
feather pillows, and two single beds with the same. It is fully  
furnished and equipped. There are two TV's a VCR and DVD. Fully  
equipped kitchen. Bed linens, towels, beach towels, and toiletries  
are provided. Refrigerator w/icemaker, washer, dryer, microwave,  
dishwasher,self cleaning range.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Golf available at Sandpiper Bay and surrounding golf courses, Large  
outdoor pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts.

Activities and Attractions

Play all the challenging golf courses the North Strand and Coastal  
North Carolina has to offer. Enjoy live music theaters,water parks,  
amusements, and fishing. Dine at specialty restaurants, and a mecca  
of outlet stores. Enjoy some of the finest beaches. Go deep sea  
fishing, Take an evening cruise and dine on the coastal waterways.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 1 - Sept. 6 - $700 per week,or $120 per day 
 Sept 7 - Oct 31  - $600 per week or $95 per day 
 Nov 1  - Nov. 30 - $500 per week or $80.00 per day 
 Dec.1 - Feb. 28  - $425 per week or $70.00 per day 
 March 1 - May 31 - $600 per week or $95.00 per day 
 After the rental is booked we will mail a confirmation/deposit  
request to you confirming your rental agreement. A rental agreement  
must be signed prior to occupancy.Advance rent payment in the amount  
of 50% of the gross rent must be sent within 10 days of the receipt  
of deposit request. There is a $65 non-refundable cleaning fee.
