vacation rental rates
The rates from July 4th week through Labor day are $2875 per week, plus a refundable $400 Security Deposit. Rental periods are 7 day minimum even if you rent for a weekend (condo bylaws). You can stay for shorter periods, but the lease will be 7 day periods. We welcome family only leases and no pets are permitted. Please inquire about pre-season and post season rates.
