Very private location nestled at the foot of Overlook Mountain on six acres of wooded land with brook running by. Unique stone fireplace for cozy nights during the winter, and breezy screened-in porch for wonderful outdoor summer evenings. Less than 3 miles to center of Woodstock village with its fine dining, first class art galleries, Woodstock Playhouse, Maverick Summer Concerts, Horseshows In The Sun (HITS), Fall Film Festival and fanciful shopping.

Close to the Horse Shows in the Sun (HITS)in nearby Saugerties. Fall Favorites are walking or hiking up Overlook Mt., Wilson State park and of course, the Catskills and the beautiful fall foliage. Winter skiing activities are about 45 minutes to Hunter Mt. or Belleayre. Various locations for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. New York City is about 2 hours away.
