You'll enjoy the city lights from the patio at night. The McGregor house has an elevated deck that faces the Huachuca Mountains. The studio has a loft and adjoins the excercise facility and laundry area. A nature lover's paradise, the area teems with many species of birds, including raptors(Gray Hawks, Mississippi Kite, and Crested Caracara) and hummingbirds(magnificient, annas, and ruby). Great Horned Owls, Vermilion flycatchers and other birds also migrate to the area. Of particular interest to quail lovers, the Ranch is blessed with Gambel's Montezuma and Scaled varieties.
