FULL PAYMENT is required three days BEFORE arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $250 is NON-refundable if the reservation is canceled before three days in advance of arrival. There is no refund offered if the reservation is canceled after full payment has been made.

However, if we are able to rent the suite for the period of the cancellation, a full refund will be issued less the original deposit.

The Hollywood Hills Retreat is a one bedroom guest quarter in a mult-million dollar privately owned residence on top of the West Hollywood Hills over looking the world famous Sunset strip. It consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with glass shower and steam room. Free WIFI.


LIVING ROOM

consists of a large room with a leather couch which folds out into a double bed. A high definition large screen tv with surround sound stereo system is included with more than 300 channels for your view pleasure.

KITCHENETTE

is fully functional with a gas range and oven, full fridge, microwave and marble top counter. All kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cleaning supplies are avaible for your use.

BATHROOM/SHOWER/STEAM ROOM

extra large and spacious bathroom with marble coutner top, luxurious towels, ready to enjoy your all glass tempered shower preparing you for a relaxing steam after a fun day of shopping and adverture.
