There's a gas station/market across the street. Plenty of parking for boats/RV's.

The house includes all furnishings, including cookware/dishes,
microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, stereo, big screen TV-satellite antenna, linens; fireplace, central heat, air conditioning, drinking water sys,
fishing docks, private patio over the water, BBQ; fenced-in dog yard. FREE USE OF CANOE AND ROWBOAT.  Fish from your lower deck! (giant cat-fish and others) Now a roof top deck for star gazers and candlelight dinners.

Fishing and canoeing, kayaking in our lagoon - very popular;  boating, water skiing, jet skiing,(in the Calorado) , hiking, off-roading; popular bicycling area; gold and rock-hounding and hunting in season. YardGames: Badminton, Bocee Ball, Horseshoes, Croquet.
bird-watcher's paradise (Cibola National Wildlife Refuge nearby).

Oxbow State Park/boat ramp at the river approximately 2.5 miles
down the road. Small boat launching two doors down from the house.
(Lagoon speed limit 5 mph)

Great house for small weddings, family/friend get-togethers, or
business meetings; Very quiet--great get-away place for parents when they feel the need to run away from home.

The house can be rented as a 1 bedroom/1 bath for $100/night,                        or 2 bed 2 bath for $125 night or                                                                        3 bedroom/2 bath  configuration for $150/night.                                                 2-night minimum, or add an additional $50 for just one                                  night to help defray the costs of cleaning and laundry.

One night's rent deposit to reserve date; payment in full due at check-in
