Colorado River: Fishing, Boating/Skiing, Wildlife Haven in Blythe

Fully furnished House in Palo Verde-  20 miles south of  Blythe
 on a lagoon of the Colorado River (no direct connection to river-
boat lanch into Colorado 2.5 miles away) Each bedroom has a queen-size bed;
Fishing docks, fenced-in private area with lounge chairs open to the water.
There's a gas station/market across the street. Plenty of parking for boats/RV's.

The house includes all furnishings, including cookware/dishes,
microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, stereo, big screen satellite TV, linens;
fireplace, central heat, air conditioning, drinking water sys,
fishing docks, patio, BBQ; fenced-in dog yard. FREE USE OF CANOE AND ROWBOAT.

Fishing and Canoeing in our lagoon - very popular;  boating, water skiing, jet skiing,  kayaking, hiking, off-roading; popular bicycling area; rock-hounding;
bird-watcher's paradise (Cibola National Wildlife Refuge nearby).

There's a state park/boat ramp at the river approximately 2.5 miles
down the road. Small boat launching two doors down from the house.
(Lagoon speed limit 5 mph)

Great house for small weddings, family/friend get-togethers, or
business meetings; fishing, hunting, boating. Very quiet--great get-
away place for parents when they feel the need to run away from
home. Return guests get discount.

The house can be rented as a 2 bedroom/1 bath for $100/night, or we
can open up the master bedroom and bath for a 3 bedroom/2 bath
configuration for $150/night.
2-night minimum, or add an additional $50 for just one night to help
defray the costs of cleaning and laundry.
One night's rent deposit to reserve date; payment in full due at check-in
by Master Card or Visa.

PET FEE: $50 for each stay
