for your family. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just 15 minutes from 
Disney World. 

Highlands Reserve is a fabulous resort community with a clean, 
family atmosphere. Everything you could ask for to complete a lavish 
holiday vacation. This villa is maintained in excellent condition to 
ensure the best experience possible for all our guests.

With upgraded furniture, professionally decorated, this is an 
entertainers delight. Come relax and play in this luxurious setting.

This is a pet friendly rental. We allow pets under 50 lbs that have 
proof of all shots for the following additional fees:

Additional security deposit of $200 
$20 per day added to your stay

Please let us know you will be bringing a pet when making your 
inquiries.
